At Calvane, we want you to love your camera. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging with all included accessories (memory card, cable, and keychain clip).

How to Start a Return
Email us at calvane2121@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please don’t send items back without contacting us first, because returns sent without instructions can’t be processed.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, since we can’t be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won’t need to pay for return shipping.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm whether it’s approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to show up on your statement.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and items marked as final sale can’t be returned.

Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it for a full refund. After that, it may already be processing, and you’ll need to follow the return process once it arrives.
