Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders arrive in 3–5 business days. Most orders arrive within 4–8 business days of being placed.

Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including PO boxes.

Order Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after you get it.

Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Weather, carrier issues, and busy holiday periods can sometimes cause delays. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5 business days, email us and we’ll look into it.

Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to fix it. We can’t be responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you can’t find it, check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it still doesn’t turn up, email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we’ll help you sort it out.
